RECURRING PAYMENT POLICY

This Recurring Payments Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy“) forms part of the Terms of Use and should be read in conjunction with them. Capitalized terms used in this Policy shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

  1. In order to ensure continuous access to the Service and our closed community (Telegram channel), the use of recurring payments is provided. This ensures that you do not lose access to important functions of the Service until you cancel the Subscription yourself or send us a request to cancel the Subscription through any available communication channel with us, or after 3 (three) unsuccessful attempts to write off funds from the card or digital wallet.

By agreeing to this Policy, you give consent to B-World, registered under the laws of the Slovak Republic, registration number 55 335 004, address: Karpatské námestie 7770/10A to charge every 30 days a fee in the appropriate amount depending on the selected Subscription from the payment method specified by you, be it any payment card or your digital wallet, by default.
  4. Payments made through payment systems available on the Service including, but not limited to: Kuna Pay, Whitepay, Stripe, Confirmo, ZEN.com will be processed by the corresponding payment system. Your relationship with them is governed by the relevant terms and conditions found on their official payment system websites, namely: Kuna Pay, hitepay, Stripe, Confirmo, ZEN.com.
  5. By agreeing to this Policy, you confirm that:
    − before each purchase of a Subscription and/or invoicing (on the post-payment terms), you are informed about the payment amount, frequency and date of payment;
    − you are not in a jurisdiction that prohibits the use of Kuna Pay, Whitepay, Stripe, Confirmo, ZEN.com or other payment systems;
    − you have provided us with correct and complete payment information;
    − you have given us permission to carry out regular transactions on your behalf;
    − you assume responsibility for all recurring payment obligations until the moment of cancellation of the Subscription.
  6. You confirm that the payment method you specified:
    − is legally owned by you (if it is a payment card or digital wallet);
    − you have funds in the relevant account that are sufficient to make the payment;
    − you have full legal capacity.
  7. Payments will be processed on the payment due date or within a few days after it. You will receive notification of future transactions 5 days prior.
  8. In the event of a payment failure due to reasons such as insufficient funds, card expiration, or account suspension, we will retry the charge after 3 days. After 3 (three) consecutive unsuccessful attempts during these period, recurring payments will be automatically canceled and your access to the Service will be blocked. Access to the Service may require a new Subscription.
  9. You will receive a notification about the payment attempt, successful or unsuccessful completion of the transaction.
  10. You can cancel the Subscription at any time through the relevant “Packages” section in the Service. During the first 14 days after signing up for the Subscription, you have the right to cancel it with a full refund. After this period, no refunds for the Subscription are provided, and the last active day will be the day before the next payment date.
